The most valuable message is a discrepancy: a rate on this site that does not match the receipt for a real order in your Seller Hub.
If you are reporting a wrong rate
Please include:
- Your market (US, UK, DE, and so on) and the item category.
- The order total and, if you have it, your four-week sales tier.
- The commission and processing figures from Seller Hub — screenshot or the numbers themselves.
- What this site told you instead, so we can see whether the difference is a rate, a threshold, or a rule we have not modelled (a promotion, most likely).
We do not need your account details, your listings or anything that identifies a buyer. Please do not send those.
Corrections policy
If a discrepancy is confirmed, the rate data is corrected at the source — Whatnot's published documentation — and the page date changes. Where Whatnot's documentation is itself ambiguous, the page says so rather than picking a number and presenting it as certain.
